My entire approach is all about documenting your day the way it actually felt. I’m drawn to candid moments and real emotions, I love the in between, the raw and unfiltered love from family and friends, and all of the chaos! I shoot a mix of digital and film photography with a relaxed and documentary vibe, stepping in with movement based prompts to keep you fully immersed and making memories with your people on your wedding day. It’s not a photoshoot, it’s the best day of your life and I’m there to preserve your best memories

A short interview

What draws you to weddings?

I love that weddings bring all of your favorite people together in one place. I’m drawn to the little in between moments just as much as the big ones, and knowing these photos will only mean more as the years go on. I want the future generations of your family to be in awe at how much love fit into one room on your wedding day.

How do you want couples to feel when they experience your work?

I want couples to feel seen in my work, like their photos actually look and feel like them. I want them to find moments they didn’t even realize I caught, laugh at the messy ones, get emotional over the quiet ones, and feel like they’re stepping right back into their day.

Where do you find creative inspiration outside of weddings?

Honestly, a lot of my inspiration comes from my own life. Old photos, music, movies, being near the water, New York, and time with my friends. I’ve always been the person taking pictures of everyone, and looking back at those random photos reminds me that the ones that mean the most usually weren’t planned at all.

What are your favorite moments on a wedding day?

I love the really specific little moments. Eating something quick before the ceremony, your friends fixing your dress, grandparents dancing, shoes coming off once the reception gets going, or the couple laughing together when no one else is paying attention. Those are always the photos I end up loving most.

Is there a dream location you'd love to work a wedding in?

New Orleans, 100%. The old buildings, balconies, little side streets, live music and all of the character everywhere you look just feels like it was made for the kind of photos I love to take.
