I believe love shows up in countless ways, and I'm passionate about capturing the emotions, relationships, and little moments that make your story uniquely yours. My approach is heartfelt, thoughtful, and focused on creating images that feel as meaningful years from now as they did in the moment. What draws you to weddings?

I have always been a sucker for love, specially the deep, emotional, connection filled kind of love. The kind that is felt in the quiet moments, the big celebrations, and everything in between! Love shows up in so many different ways on a wedding day. Sometimes it's loud and joyful, sometimes it's subtle and tender, but it's always present. What draws me to wedding photography is the meaning of family and what that looks like for each couple I have the honor of working with. Family means everything to me just as family means so much to my couple, especially on their biggest day where everyone they love, fills a room with so much emotion! Family isn't always defined by blood. It can be relatives, lifelong friends, chosen family, or the people who have walked alongside my couples through life. Every couple has their own version of family, and I have the honor of documenting the common thread I see at every wedding, the undeniable feeling of how deeply loved each couple is by the people surrounding them. What makes wedding photography even more special is seeing my couples' reactions when they receive their images. That will always be one of my favorite parts of this job. Knowing that I was able to preserve the emotions, relationships, and memories that made their day so meaningful is the greatest compliment I could receive! That's when I know I've done my job well.

How do you want couples to feel when they experience your work?

I do my best to create images that bring my couples right back to the emotions they felt on their wedding day. My goal is for them to not only remember the moments they experienced, but also to discover the moments they may have missed while they were fully immersed in their celebration! I want them to see the quiet glances shared across the room, the tears and smiles from their loved ones, the laughter happening during moments they weren't there to witness. Weddings are so much bigger than the moments the couple gets to see firsthand, it's about capturing the love, connection, and memories that surrounded them from beginning to end.

Where do you find creative inspiration outside of weddings?

Outside of weddings, I stay pretty busy with different creative projects and photography opportunities. I love finding fun content creation days to keep my creativity flowing, but one of my biggest passions outside of wedding photography is ocean and nature photography. There is something so special about photographing nature because it is completely unscripted. The ocean, landscapes, and raw moments all have their own story to tell, and I love capturing mother nature's ever-changing moments. I also enjoy staying connected with my clients through mini sessions, family photography, and documenting special personal life gatherings. I love preserving memories for others in a way that feels thoughtful and meaningful.

What are your favorite moments on a wedding day?

I don't really have a favorite moment on a wedding day, I really enjoy taking in the whole day and watching it unfold!

Is there a dream location you'd love to work a wedding in?

Italy, Oregon, Big Sur California, Joshua Tree, Salt Lake City Utah, Montana, there are A LOT of places I would DIE to photograph a wedding in!
