Rhapsody in Blooms

Founded in 2013 after a years of working in events, we’re an eccentric team of artists brought together by the desire to bring our art to life in very personal spaces. Our goal is to provide you not only with unparalleled service and innovative designs, but to deeply understand our clients and their wishes; to tell their story through flowers and drapery and candlelight. We want to collaborate with you to make your event the best, most elevated, YOU event we can create.

A short interview

What draws you to weddings?

I've loved weddings since I was little. My grandmother was a society type lady, and she helped raised me, so I spent a good amount of time in my childhood attending and helping to host events. I was hooked from the get go: the beauty, the families coming together, and honestly the intense pressure to get it right, since you only get one shot.

How do you want couples to feel when they experience your work?

Joyful. We mostly serve couples with really unique artistic vision and sometimes that's hard for them to convey or translate. I want our couples to feel completely understood through the process and then just overjoyed to see their visions to come fruition.

Where do you find creative inspiration outside of weddings?

I love historical costuming, I read a lot of science fiction and romance, and I love to study languages: each culture (real or imagined!) really brings something different to the table, in terms of artistic expression and I find that really inspiring.

What are your favorite moments on a wedding day?

When I drop off a bouquet, a room reveal, and the first kiss

Is there a dream location you'd love to work a wedding in?

Internationally: Italy or South Korea. Italy for the Lake Como vibes and South Korea because the landscape is like nothing we have in the US and I'd love to be able to incorporate flowers into the landscape somehow. Domestically? Montana!
